Abstract: this article discusses the features of the cash flow forecast for the forecast period based on the analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise. Retrospective analysis and forecast of sales revenue require detailed consideration and consideration of many factors. The article reflects a number of factors that affect the forecast of revenue from sales, stages of analysis and forecast of expenses for the purposes of cash flow forecasting, errors made when assessing the value of the enterprise (business) income approach.

Keywords: income approach in determining the value of the organization, the methodology of forecasting cash flows.

Аннотация: в данной  статье рассматриваются особенности выработки прогноза денежного потока на прогнозный период на основе анализа финансового состояния предприятия. Ретроспективный анализ и прогноз выручки от реализации требуют детального рассмотрения и учета многих факторов. В статье отражены ряд факторов, влияющих на прогноз выручки от реализации, этапы анализа и прогноза расходов для целей прогнозирования денежных потоков, ошибки, допускаемые при проведении оценки стоимости предприятия (бизнеса) доходным подходом

Ключевые слова: доходный подход при определении стоимости организации,  методология прогнозирования денежных потоков.

Abstract: the aim of this study was to evaluate genetic variability of ORF7 of recent PRRSV isolates obtained from various farms in Russian Federation by performing phylogenetic analysis of sequences. Overall, 32 full sequences of ORF7 were obtained. Alignment was performed for nucleotide sequences and amino acid sequences. For nucleotide sequence alignment phylogenetic tree was constructed. Phylogenetic analysis showed that type 1 PRRSV isolates belonged to subtype 1. Type 2 PRRSV isolates most closely resembled Ingelvac® PRRS MLV vaccine strain which corresponds with previously published data. Amino acid sequence alignment showed only single amino acid substitutions.

Аннотация: целью данного исследования было оценить вариабельность гена ORF7 изолятов вируса РРСС, выделенных со свиноферм в различных регионах Российской Федерации. Было получено в общей сложности 32 полных сиквенса ORF7. Проведено выравнивание нуклеотидных последовательностей с последующим построением дендрограмм и выравнивание аминокислотных последовательностей. Филогенетический анализ показал, что изоляты вируса РРСС 1-го типа относились к 1 подтипу. Изоляты вируса РРСС 2-го типа генетически были наиболее близки к штамму вакцины Ingelvac® PRRS MLV, что согласуется с ранее опубликованными данными. Выравнивание аминокислотных последовательностей показало, что рассмотренные изоляты характеризуются только одиночными заменами аминокислот.
