Abstract: the article deals with theory of process approach to management. Definitions are given to the concept «process approach». The algorithm of creating process focused business model of organization where the stage of creating new process focused business model of organization should be the regulation of business processes. Which, in turn, should include an algorithm that is a tool for ranking management decisions, to determine the deformation gaps in the business model. The complexity of calculating the effectiveness of the proposed model for regulating business processes is due to the fact that efficiency is described not so much by quantitative as by qualitative characteristics.

Аннотация: в статье рассматривается теория процессного подхода к управлению. Даны определения понятию «процессный подход». Рекомендован алгоритм построения процессно-ориентированной бизнес-модели организации, где этапом построения новой процессно-ориентированной бизнес-модели организации рекомендована регламентация бизнес-процессов. Которая, в свою очередь, должна включать алгоритм, представляющий собой инструментарий ранжирования управленческих решений, для определения деформационных разрывов в бизнес-модели. необходим инструмент расчета эффективности внедряемого изменения, а именно перехода на процессное управление организацией. Сложность расчета эффективности предлагаемой модели регламентации бизнес-процессов, связана с тем, что эффективность описывается не столько количественными, сколько качественными характеристиками.

Abstract: this article is devoted to the analyzing of the ways and measures, aimed to the counteraction of tax crimes at international scope. It has been described some of the most vital problems in International and national law. We also have made a conclusion by giving proposals and recommendations how it would better to decide existing problems. It was investigated the role of the most popular and important international organizations. This article also have been made an attempt to explain the questions, which we are mostly concerned in accordance to the international financial crimes counteraction.

Аннотация: данная статья посвящена анализу мер, направленных на противодействие налоговым преступлениям в международном масштабе. Описаны наиболее значимые проблемы международного и национального законодательства. Также, в заключение, нами были сделаны некоторые предложения и рекомендации для решения данной проблемы. Была проанализирована роль наиболее важных и известных международных организаций. Таким образом, в статье была сделана попытка объяснить вопросы, остро стоящие на повестке дня в контексте борьбы с международной финансовой преступностью.

Abstract: this research aims at conducting an analytical study of the risks that cause compensation claims as well as causing extension claims in construction projects and managing them in a manner that minimises or avoids those risks. In addition to using modern methods and techniques to predict the impact of these risks on the cost and duration of the project, Construction projects because they have a clear and significant impact on the increase in the cost and duration of these projects in addition to it is the main reason for the decline in the relationship between employers and contractors in the engineering and construction, not to mention that it weakens the opportunity of any Joint work between them in the future.

For the purpose of achieving this goal was its information collection through two phases. The first study theory, which included a review of the literature and previous research and studies related to research, while represented the second phase of the study process, which also included two phases, "the first phase included a field survey of a group of experienced cadres engineering, project managers, academics and specialists in this field and to analyze them to identify the causative risk of compensation claims and the extension and its impact on construction projects, and how departments and possible actions to avoid or minimize those Risk, while the second phase involved the collection of the largest number of information and historical data for the projects implemented and completed in an earlier period and an analysis of this stage and take advantage of them in the first two-way identify the risks facing these projects and the impact of each on the cost and duration of these projects through classification And then compare their results with the results of the first stage.

Аннотация: в данной работе приведены результаты аналитического исследования рисков, которые влекут за собой выдвижение претензий и требований о выплате компенсации, изучены возможности избежать и минимизировать риски, связанные с увеличением сроков реализации строительных проектов.

Для определения причин образования претензий в строительных проектах были изучены литературные источники и предыдущие исследования в данной области. Также были опрошены группы специалистов в сфере строительства и экономики, инженеры с большим опытом работы и руководители проектов. Была собрана и проанализирована информация, отражающая положительный опыт в реализации строительных проектов, изучены данные о проектах, которые удалось завершить досрочно. На основании результатов проделанной работы можно сказать, что для успешного завершения строительного проекта, (во избежание риска увеличения срока реализации и увеличения стоимости) необходимо заранее классифицировать возможные риски, провести их стоимостную оценку и на всем протяжении проекта проводить сравнительный анализ очередных показателей с предыдущими результатами.

Abstract: the article looks at economic effects that virtualisation technologies have on information systems. Virtualisation allows for significantly more efficient use of system resources and a much higher degree of resource consolidation on a server. This is achieved through creating several virtual machines, which are fully functional operating systems, which run on virtual hardware hosted on the “host” machine. The article also discusses and reviews the benefits of another emerging technology derived from virtualisation – containerisation, which involves OS-level virtualisation as opposed to hardware-level virtualisation.

Аннотация: в данной статье рассматриваются экономические эффекты, оказываемые технологиями виртуализации на информационные системы. Виртуализация позволяет значительно более эффективно использовать вычислительные мощности и в значительно большей степени консолидировать ресурсы на сервере. Это достигается за счёт создания нескольких виртуальных машин, являющихся полнофункциональными операционными системами, которые работают на виртуальном аппаратном обеспечении на машине-«хосте». Статья также рассматривает преимущества другой недавно появившейся технологии, основанной на виртуализации — контейнеризации, которая основана на виртуализации на уровне операционной системы.
