Abstract: the article describes modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of acute cholecystitis and its complications in cholelithiasis. In the literature, data on the problem of treating choledocholithiasis are contradictory. The question of evaluating the effectiveness of various treatment technologies remains open and requires further in-depth study. The introduction of new methods and technologies in the treatment of patients with choledocholithiasis not only did not bring clarity to the solution of issues related to the tactics of treating such patients, but, on the contrary, increased the contradictions.

Аннотация: в статье описаны современные методы диагностики и лечения острого холецистита и его осложнений при желчнокаменной болезни. В литературе данные, посвященные проблеме лечения холедохолитиаза, разноречивы. Вопрос оценки эффективности различных технологий лечения остается открытым и требует дальнейшего более углубленного изучения. Внедрение новых методик и технологий в лечение пациентов с холедохолитиазом не только не принесло ясности в решение вопросов, касающихся тактики лечения таких пациентов, но, и наоборот, усилило противоречия.

Abstract: mechanical trauma is a powerful stress factor that causes changes not only in the musculoskeletal system, but also in other organs and tissues. The methods used for the immobilization of fragments also affect the local and general status of the body. The study of blood biochemical parameters in fractures of the lower jaw in children is an urgent problem. The following indicators were studied: levels of parathyroid hormone, calcitonin, osteocalcin, cortisol level, activity of alkaline phosphatase in the blood in children who received treatment for a fracture of the mandible. As a result of the study, it was revealed that immobilization with Tigerstedt splints most negatively affects the state of bone metabolism in the treatment of mandibular fractures in children.

Аннотация: механическая травма - мощный стрессовый фактор, вызывающий изменения не только в опорно-двигательном аппарате, но и в других органах и тканях. Методы, используемые для иммобилизации отломков, также влияют на местное и общее состояние организма. Изучение биохимических показателей крови при переломах нижней челюсти у детей является актуальной задачей. Изучены следующие показатели: уровень паратиреоидного гормона, кальцитонина, остеокальцина, уровень кортизола, активность щелочной фосфатазы в крови у детей, лечившихся по поводу перелома нижней челюсти. В результате исследования было выявлено, что иммобилизация шинами Тигерстедта наиболее негативно влияет на состояние костного метаболизма при лечении переломов нижней челюсти у детей.

Abstract: аt the heart of bronchial asthma (BA) is chronic allergic inflammation of the bronchi, accompanied by their hyperreactivity and recurrent attacks of shortness of breath or suffocation as a result of widespread bronchial obstruction. We examined 25 children with BA (I) at the age from 7 to 14 years, the comparison group consisted of 20 children of the same age with acute obstructive bronchitis (AOB) (II), who had no history of atopic, chronic bronchopulmonary diseases. The study was carried out in the department of pulmonology of the RSNPMC Pediatrics MHRUz. When diagnosing asthma, the classification adopted by the National Program “Bronchial Asthma in Children. Treatment strategy and prevention”, in Russia in 2006, which was supplemented in 2018 by the GINA program. The basis for the diagnosis was: complaints, anamnesis data, the results of general clinical, immunological and functional research methods.

Аннотация: в основе бронхиальной астмы (БА) лежит хроническое аллергическое воспаление бронхов, сопровождающееся их гиперреактивностью и периодически возникающими приступами затрудненного дыхания или удушья в результате распространенной бронхиальной обструкции. Нами было обследовано 25 детей, больных БА (I) в возрасте от 7 до 14 лет, группу сравнения составили 20 детей того же возраста с острым обструктивным бронхитом (ООБ) (II), не имеющих в анамнезе атопических, хронических бронхолегочных заболеваний. Исследование было проведено в отделении пульмонологии РСНПМЦ Педиатрии МЗРУз. При постановке диагноза БА была использована классификация, принятая Национальной программой «Бронхиальная астма у детей. Стратегия лечения и профилактика», в России 2006 году, которая была дополнена в 2018 году программой GINA. Основанием для постановки диагноза явились: жалобы, данные анамнеза, результаты общеклинических, иммунологических и функциональных методов исследований.

Abstract: in the last decade, in the field of oncology, there has been an increasing interest in the study of issues related to the problem of multiple primary malignant tumors (MPMT). Many researchers agree that polyneoplasias are most often found in women, which is associated with an increase in the incidence of hormone-dependent tumors of the reproductive system, which is functionally represented by the mammary glands, uterus and ovaries. The development of comprehensive examination methods, including molecular genetic studies, contributes to the identification of synchronous MPMT of the female reproductive system. In our studies, metachronous tumors prevailed among MPMTs in breast cancer (65.7%). The most common metachronous cancer of the uterine body (37.1% of cases). Determination of the level of specific tumor markers allows you to monitor in advance the development of MPMT in this category of patients. Thus, each of the tumors of the female reproductive system should be considered as an indicator of the risk of the others, which should lead to a state of rapid response to the entire well-functioning system of dispensary registration, observation and use of a full range of special methods of clarifying diagnostics.

Аннотация: первично-множественные злокачественные опухоли (ПМЗО) представляют существенную проблему в современной онкологии. При этом большая часть таких полинеоплазий встречается у женщин и проявляется, как правило, при развитии гормонозависимых опухолей репродуктивной системы, таких как рак молочной железы, матки и яичников. Согласно результатам наших исследований, среди 35 больных РМЖ, у 12 (34,3%) обнаруживались синхронные опухоли, а у 23 (65,7%) впоследствии развились метахронные опухоли. Совершенствование современных методов молекулярно-генетической диагностики способствует более глубокому пониманию механизмов развития ПМЗО. Обзор данных литературы позволяет сделать заключение, что каждую из опухолей женской репродуктивной системы следует рассматривать как индикатор риска возникновения и других онкопатологий, а эффективное диспансерное наблюдение и определение уровня специфических онкомаркеров позволяет во многих случаях заблаговременно контролировать развитие ПМЗО у данной категории больных.
