Abstract: relevance. Chronic gingivitis and periodontitis in systemic lupus erythematosus is described as one of the earliest and most vivid symptoms of the disease, however, with regard to the characteristics of periodontal pathology in SLE, the literature remains controversial: some authors speak about the long-term preservation of the teeth and the development of a process similar to periodontal disease, while others describe early necrotic changes in periodontal disease and related tooth loss in patients with SLE. Materials and research methods. The study is based on the results of treatment of 122 patients with inflammatory diseases of the mucous membrane of the cavity, admitted to the orthopedic department of the Samarkand Regional Dental Clinic. The patients were divided into two groups. Research results. In the main group of patients during the differentiated methods of complex treatment using a gas ozone-oxygen mixture and sodium hypochlorite solution, no complications were observed, the patients noted the comfort and painlessness of these procedures. This leads to many advantages of their use: direction of action, non-invasiveness and painlessness. Conclusions. Due to the local application and high clinical efficiency of the ozone-oxygen mixture generated by the Prozone device, the need for the use of a number of drugs with undesirable side effects has been significantly reduced. According to ultrasound Doppler ultrasound with dynamic observation, ozone therapy improved blood circulation in the microvasculature by 40%.

Аннотация: актуальность. Хронический гингивит и пародонтит при системной красной волчанке описывается как один из самых ранних и ярких симптомов заболевания, однако что касается особенностей патологии пародонта при СКВ, литература остается противоречивой: некоторые авторы говорят о длительном сохранении зубов и развитии процесса, аналогичного пародонтозу, в то время как другие описывают ранние некротические изменения при пародонтозе и связанную с ними потерю зубов у пациентов с СКВ. Материалы и методы исследования. Исследование основано на результатах лечения 122 пациентов с воспалительными заболеваниями слизистой оболочки полости, поступивших в ортопедическое отделение Самаркандской областной стоматологической поликлиники. Пациенты были разделены на две группы. Результаты исследований. В основной группе пациентов при дифференцированных методах комплексного лечения с использованием газовой озоно-кислородной смеси и раствора гипохлорита натрия не наблюдалось осложнений, пациенты отмечали комфортность и безболезненность данных процедур. Это дает множество преимуществ их использования: направленность действия, неинвазивность и безболезненность. Выводы. Благодаря местному применению и высокой клинической эффективности озоно-кислородной смеси, вырабатываемой устройством Prozone, значительно снизилась потребность в применении ряда препаратов с нежелательными побочными эффектами. По данным ультразвуковой допплерографии с динамическим наблюдением, озонотерапия улучшила кровообращение в микрососудистом русле на 40%.

Abstract: dental caries is a multifactorial disease, in the development of which the quality of oral hygiene plays an important role. The knowledge that caries is a dynamic and reversible process has led to the development of new technologies capable of detecting caries at the earliest stages (before the formation of a cavity), for its timely treatment and prevention. 70 years of experience in the use of fluorides for the prevention of caries has shown their reliability and ability to participate in the remineralization of dental hard tissues, but their effectiveness decreases in an acidic environment of dental plaque (with poor oral hygiene). Daily oral hygiene using a paste with 1.5% arginine, 1450 ppm fluoride and calcium bicarbonate will help stop the development of dental caries and reduce the risk of new cavities, even in poor oral hygiene conditions.

Аннотация: кариес зубов - многофакторное заболевание, в развитии которого важную роль играет качество гигиены полости рта. Знание того, что кариес является процессом динамическим и обратимым, привело к развитию новых технологий, способных выявить кариес на самых ранних стадиях (до образования полости), для его своевременного лечения и профилактики. 70-летний опыт использования фторидов для профилактики кариеса показал их надежность и способность участвовать в реминерализации твердых тканей зубов, но их эффективность снижается в условиях кислой среды зубного налета (при плохом уровне гигиены полости рта). Ежедневная гигиена полости рта с использованием пасты с 1,5% аргинином, 1450 ppm фторида и бикарбонатом кальция поможет остановить развитие кариеса зубов и снизить риск появления новых кариозных полостей даже в условиях низкого уровня гигиены полости рта.

Abstract: the review presents data on the frequency, diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. One of the causes of obstetric bleeding is idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), which is an autoimmune disease. Published data indicate the prevalence of ITP among adults and children ranges from 1 to 13 per 100,000 people. Despite significant advances in the study of the clinical picture of ITP and progress in the study of pathogenesis and treatment, a number of important questions regarding the preservation and management of pregnancy remain unresolved. The features of the course of pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, obstetric complications, risk factors for their occurrence, the frequency and causes of adverse pregnancy outcomes for the mother and the fetus require further study. There is no unified view on the possibility of maintaining and managing pregnancy in patients with ITP. Some authors point to the frequent activation of ITP during pregnancy and after delivery.

Аннотация: в обзоре представлены данные о частоте, диагностике и лечении идиопатической тромбоцитопенической пурпуры. Одной из причин акушерских кровотечений является идиопатическая тромбоцитопеническая пурпура (ИТП), которая представляет собой заболевание аутоиммунной природы. По опубликованным данным, распространенность ИТП среди взрослых и детей колеблется от 1 до 13 на 100000 человек. Несмотря на значительные успехи в изучении клинической картины ИТП и прогресс в исследовании патогенеза и лечения, ряд важных вопросов в отношении сохранения и ведения беременности остается нерешенным. Особенности течения беременности, родов, послеродового периода, акушерские осложнения, факторы риска их возникновения, частота и причины неблагоприятных исходов беременности для матери и плода требуют дальнейшего изучения. Отсутствует единый взгляд на возможность сохранения и тактику ведения беременности у больных с ИТП. Одни авторы указывают на частую активацию ИТП при беременности и после родоразрешения.

Abstract: the review is devoted to the program for the prevention of dental diseases in a school dental office. The article analyzes the effectiveness of the methods used to prevent dental diseases. The following methods are most often used: hygienic education, professional hygiene, sealing fissures, covering teeth with fluoride varnish. The lack of measures for dental clinical examination and preventive work with children and adolescents is a serious negative factor that leads to a sharp increase in the incidence of all types of dental pathology and, above all, caries and its complications. Low level of sanitary and hygienic knowledge and skills, lack of motivation to participate in preventive programs, determine the increase in the prevalence and intensity of dental diseases, primarily in children and adolescents. The introduced programs for the prevention of dental diseases in school dental offices have been effective and have improved the quality of dental care for children. Currently, the literature contains only a few data on the features of prevention programs and their effectiveness in adolescents.

Аннотация: обзор посвящен программе профилактики стоматологических заболеваний в школьном стоматологическом кабинете. В статье анализируется эффективность применяемых методов профилактики стоматологических заболеваний. Чаще всего используются следующие методы: гигиеническое воспитание, профессиональная гигиена, заделка фиссур, покрытие зубов фторидным лаком. Отсутствие мер по стоматологическому диспансерию и профилактической работе с детьми и подростками является серьезным негативным фактором, который приводит к резкому увеличению заболеваемости всеми видами стоматологической патологии и, прежде всего, кариесом и его осложнениями. Низкий уровень санитарно-гигиенических знаний и навыков, отсутствие мотивации к участию в профилактических программах определяют рост распространенности и интенсивности стоматологических заболеваний, прежде всего, у детей и подростков. Внедренные программы профилактики стоматологических заболеваний в школьных стоматологических кабинетах оказались эффективными и улучшили качество стоматологической помощи детям. В настоящее время в литературе имеется лишь немного данных об особенностях профилактических программ и их эффективности у подростков.
