Abstract: the analysis of the associative relationship of the gene polymorphism in the IL-1β promoter region in positions (T-31C) with the risk of developing RB in 93 children with recurrent bronchitis aged 2 to 7 years and in 110 apparently healthy children of the same age in the Uzbek population.

The results of the study showed statistically significant differences in the frequency distribution of alleles and genotypes of the -31 T> C polymorphic locus of the IL-1β gene in patients with RB. The frequency of the unfavorable C and C / C allele of the genotype was significantly more often determined in RB patients against the background of LGD, which indicates a predisposing role of the rs 1143627 polymorphism of the IL-1β gene to the development of recurrent bronchitis in children of the Uzbek population.

Аннотация: проведен анализ ассоциативной связи полиморфизма гена промоторной области IL-1β в позициях (T-31C) с риском развития РБ у 93 детей в возрасте от 2 до 7 лет и у 110 условно-здоровых детей того же возраста в Узбекской популяции.

Результаты исследования показали статистически значимые различия в распределение частот аллелей и генотипов полиморфного локуса -31 T>C  гена IL-1β у больных РБ. Частота неблагоприятного аллеля С и  С/С генотипа достоверно чаще определялся у больных РБ на фоне ЛГД, что свидетельствуют о предрасполагающей роли полиморфизма rs 1143627 гена IL-1β к развитию рецидивирующих бронхитов у детей узбекской популяции.

Abstract: еvaluation of the effectiveness of radical treatment of malignant neoplasms of the hepatopancreatoduodenal zone. 2006 to 2020 at the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after academician V. Vakhidov, 623 patients with diseases of the hepatopancreatoduodenal zone were treated. Of these, radical and conditionally radical operations were performed on 37 patients. In our cases, the average duration of surgery and blood loss were 310 minutes and 1800 ml, respectively. The hospital stay ranged from 2 to 3 weeks (average 18 days). In total, 5 patients (13.5%) died after radical operations. The obtained results of radical surgical interventions indicate sufficient justification for their application in the treatment of patients with cancers of the hepatopancreatoduodenal zone.

Аннотация: оценка эффективности радикального лечения злокачественных новообразований гепатопанкреатодуоденальной зоны. С 2006 по 2020 гг. в ГУ Республиканском Специализированном Научно-Практическом Медицинском Центре Хирургии имени академика В. Вахидова находились на лечении 623 больных с заболеваниями билиопанкреатодуоденальной зоны. Из них радикальные и условно-радикальные операции выполнены 37 больным. В наших случаях средняя продолжительность оперативного вмешательства и кровопотеря составили 310 минут и 1800 мл соответственно. Пребывание в стационаре колебалось от 2-х до 3-х недель (в среднем 18 дней). Всего после радикальных операций умерли 5 больных (13,5%). Полученные результаты радикальных оперативных вмешательств указывают на достаточную обоснованность их применения в лечении больных с объемными образованиями гепатопанкреатодуоденальной зоны.

Abstract: the motor activity is secured by a functional state of different systems and organs of the body, including central nervous system and breathing system.

The important role in motor activity regulation and different motions’ performance is attached to the functional state of joints, which under normal conditions provide the contacting bone surfaces with different degree of mobility, while under pathological conditions sharply limit movement amplitude, including the development of ankyloses.   

In case of pathology of upper respiratory passages one may trace the linkage of changes in the upper respiratory passages with visceral changes and motor activity.    

In our opinion, upon incurrence of nidus of infection in the upper respiratory passages, along with other damaging factors, the severity (manifestation) of clinical picture and systemic symptoms is influenced by disturbances of reflex influences of upper respiratory passages that has to be taken into account when conducting adequate therapy and rehabilitation measures.

Аннотация: двигательная активность обеспечена функциональным состоянием различных систем и органов организма, в том числе центральной нервной системой и дыхательной системой.

Важное значение в регуляции двигательной активности и в выполнении различных движений имеет функциональное состояние суставов, которые в норме обеспечивают соприкасающимся костным поверхностям различные степени подвижности, а при патологии резко ограничивают амплитуду движений, включая развитие анкилозов.

При патологии верхних дыхательных путей прослеживается связь изменений в верхних дыхательных путях с висцеральными изменениями и с двигательной активностью.

По нашему мнению, при возникновении очага инфекции в верхних дыхательных путях, наряду с другими повреждающими факторами, на выраженность клинической картины и системных проявлений влияют и нарушения рефлекторных влияний с верхних дыхательных путей, что необходимо учитывать при проведении адекватной терапии и реабилитационных мероприятий.

Abstract: recently, the following research methods have been used to diagnose the postmenopausal period: determination of lipids, hormones, blood sugar, electrocardiography, X-ray examination of bone density, endometrial biopsy, ultrasound examination of the pelvic organs and mammary glands, as well as consultations with a gynecologist , therapist, endocrinologist, cardiologist, mammologist and other specialists as needed.

The article discloses information on pathological changes (atherosclerosis and diseases of the cardiovascular system, osteoporosis, type II diabetes mellitus, uterine and cervical cancer, etc.) in the postmenopausal period as a result of optimization of the listed examinations.

Аннотация: в последнее время для диагностики постменопаузального периода используются следующие методы исследования: определение липидов, гормонов, сахара в крови, электрокардиография, рентгенологическое обследование плотности костей, биопсия эндометрия, ультразвуковое обследование органов малого таза и молочных желез, а также консультации гинеколога, терапевта, эндокринолога, кардиолога, маммолога и других специалистов по необходимости.

В статье раскрывается информация о патологических изменениях (атеросклероз и заболевания сердечно-сосудистой системы, остеопороз, II тип сахарного диабета, рак матки и шейки матки и др.) в постменопаузальном периоде в результате оптимизации перечисленных обследований.
