Abstract: analytics involves the collection, analysis, use and dissemination of data from reliable sources in order to provide reports, generate forecasts and design other data structuring options. Evaluation of the effectiveness of digital learning in organizations requires the formation of a criterion base and methods for measuring selected indicators. The article proposes a way to bridge the gap between scientific and practice-oriented research in the field of digital learning, with a focus on analytics training in order to identify the potential of digital learning for organizations. The most important questions in analytics to form an integrated learning model, according to the authors, are the following: what are the contexts in which digital learning can occur? What are the key indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital learning in organizational contexts?

Keywords: digital learning, learning analytics, corporate training, learning processes, model of educational analytics.
