Abstract: сurrently, the “gold standard” for treating stage I kidney cancer is organ resection. In most cases, resection is performed with clamping of the main vessels of the kidney. It is obvious that ischemia of the parenchyma does not pass without a trace for such an intensively circulatory organ. Ischemic kidney damage has been studied in a number of basic studies. In the presence of some urological pathologies, conservative therapy is powerless. In this case, surgical intervention is applied, but even in this case, doctors try to eliminate the disease with minimal damage to the patient. If the specificity of pathology allows, then not the entire kidney is removed, but only its damaged part. Surgeon, cutting off the affected tissue, captures a small portion of healthy.

Аннотация: в настоящий момент «золотым стандартом» лечения больных раком почки I стадии является резекция органа. В большинстве случаев резекцию выполняют с пережатием магистральных сосудов почки. Очевидно, что ишемизация паренхимы не проходит бесследно для столь интенсивно кровоснабжаемого органа. Ишемическое повреждение почки изучено в ряде фундаментальных исследований. При наличии некоторых урологических патологий консервативная терапия бессильна. В этом случае применяется хирургическое вмешательство, но даже в этом случае доктора стараются устранить болезнь с минимальным уроном для пациента. Если специфика патологии позволяет, то удаляется не вся почка, а только ее поврежденная часть. Хирург, отсекая пораженную ткань, захватывает небольшую часть здоровой.
